SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the use of SMS messaging services provided by LeadFixes and its customers through the LeadFixes platform. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

LeadFixes provides a platform that enables home-service businesses ("Businesses") to send automated and manual SMS messages to their leads and customers for purposes including appointment reminders, follow-up communications, lead recovery, and customer service.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from a Business using the LeadFixes platform, you expressly consent to receive text messages from that Business. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the Business and your interactions with them. You may receive multiple messages per week. You can always reply STOP to opt out.

4. How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from a Business, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

5. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact the Business directly. You may also contact LeadFixes at the email below. legal@leadfixes.com.

6. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.

7. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number to third parties.

9. TCPA Compliance

All SMS messaging conducted through the LeadFixes platform is intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. Businesses using the LeadFixes platform are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their contacts before sending SMS messages.

10. Liability

LeadFixes is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued use of SMS messaging services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
